About the Book
Electronic circuit design can be divided into two areas: one is the design of circuits that perform a particular function under laboratory conditions, and the other is the design of the same circuit so that all of its production models perform that particular function.
As it relates to circuit design skills, these two areas are the same: what engineers are taught in college (basic circuit theory, Ohm’s law, Tevenant, Kirchhoff, Norton, Maxwell, etc.) and what engineers learn in the field (that there are no ideal components, that printed circuits are just a collection of wires and that electrons have the unfortunate habit of never doing what they are told).
This book was written with the intention of bringing together and resolving the loose ends of analog and digital circuit design. In other words, this book relates to the second of the above areas.
